Weighted grades achieved for academic subjects only (high school) or Cumulative GPA (college);\nb.	A  written essay covering a topic chosen by the applicant from a group of topics;\nc.	An interview by a representative panel of the scholarship committee. \n	The scholarship committee will select a number of finalists from the original group of applicants based upon the application form and high school/college grades.
