Experience an Enchanted Christmas on Saturday\, December 7\, at the Hilton\, Long Beach. \nRegister today or no later than Friday\, November 22. \nBLASC members and BLASC Retirees who pay annual dues for the entire year are free. \nGuests and Retirees who pay by each event pay $115. \nDiscounted rooms are available and can be reserved at BLASC Holiday Rooms (by November 8) or by phone at 1-800-HILTONS (445-8667) and reference group code:  “90A” \nEmail your meal choice to Corine Kumano \nProvide your name\, guests name(s)\, which main dish or if you want the Alternate Dinner \nThomas House Family Shelter has been chosen to receive unwrapped household gifts and gift cards (e.g.\, Target\, Walmart). See the attached files for gift ideas and to learn more about Thomas House Family Shelter. You will receive extra opportunity drawing tickets to use at the dinner dance for bringing your gift donations (please bring one gift per person). \nDinner Menu \nChoice of \n\nFilet of Sole etouffee in a Cajun cream sauce\, rice pilaf\, and grilled vegetable or\nSeared Tri-tip with a Cabernet sauce\, mashed potatoes\, and grilled vegetables\nGluten free option – choice of fish or tri-tip (no sauce)\nVegetarian option – Portobello and vegetable short stack\, roasted and grilled zucchini\, squash\, eggplant\, red onion\, peppers\, wilted spinach and pesto oil\n\nDessert (No Choice Required) \n\nChocolate Yule Log with Vanilla Bean sauce or\nEggnog Crème Brule with Cranberry Plum Coulis\nGluten free option will be available\n\nAll menus include baked rolls\, baby field greens with Bleu cheese\, pears & walnuts with Balsamic vinaigrette\, coffee\, and tea. \nYour reservation commits BLASC to pay the venue for your dinner.
