CONTESTANT ELIGIBILITY

• High school students graduating by June 2025
• College students pursuing undergraduate degrees
• Applicants must be a child, stepchild, grandchild, sibling, adopted child or legal dependent of a current BLASC member
• Membership must have commenced by June 1, 2024
